The chicken enchiladas were incredible. My husband got the pastor sorta and he was obsessed. If you're thinking about eating here, stop thinking and GO!!!!! Oh, and ALWAYS get the guac!!!
Absolutely BEST birria tacos I’ve had so far after looking across NJ, NYC, and DC. In terms of taste, quality, and value, these were leagues better with a flavorful, crispy corn tortilla and fresh, tender meat with the consommé. After I told the waitress how delicious they were, she informed me that their birria tacos won in a taco competition and showed me the trophy! Everything is homemade. We watched them pound the pupusas we ordered by hand and serve 3 larges ones with curtido. They were filled with a good amount of pork and cheese, and honestly so big we had to take one home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot to support an excellent Latina-run local business! It is only a 5 MINUTE WALK from the Rahway Train Station.
My go to spot! I have tried so many different things from the burrito, to the chilaquiles, to the tacos, to the steak and shrimp, guac, breakfast, literally everything is soooo good! Everyone that I have brought here loves it and wants to come back. Delicias is the best!
Delicias is hands down one of my favorite spots in Rahway. The food is always so good, but what really stands out to me is how genuinely kind and accommodating they are. The staff is seriously the sweetest. Twice now I’ve either called or gone in asking about soups I had during the Rahway Soup Stroll — their birria ramen and chicken tortilla soup — and even though neither are on the regular menu, they had no problem making them from scratch. That alone says so much about them. And both soups are to die for. Everything tastes super fresh and homemade, which makes sense since they actually cook everything from scratch. My go-to order is the Milanesa de Pollo, and it never misses — always crispy and flavorful.
Hidden gem in Rahway. The quality and the flavors of the foods were 10/10. Seafood soup (Mexican style) and Chorizo tacos will have me coming back to Delicias often. Thank you for a great dinner.
Best Birria tacos I’ve had the meat taste amazing & they pack the taco up I love it & amazing guacamole & chips too (I get it with a little bit of hot sauce on top)
By far the best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had. The tacos themselves were packed and the consommé was flavorful without being overly salty. Service was quick, amazing and friendly.
The food here was great we stopped here for lunch brunch and the service was very friendly. I got a burrito and a delicious agua fresca of Tamarindo my wife got some eggs and bacon. The food was very fresh and flavorful. Would love to come back and try other dishes or even for take out
